Milton Friedman, University of Chicago, Chicago, Illinois. 2022
This project investigates the deliberate erasure of history. The issues we are struggling with today do not appear out of thin air, but rather emerge from the interests of capital. Milton Friedman’s ideas state that they are for personal freedom while simultaneously destroying human rights, and eroding social structures. Neoliberalism is infectious because it manufactures our alienation and sells it back to us. How can we interrogate these histories, and our place within them? How can we make what has been erased reappear?
